How It Works:

Comprehensive Health Analysis – We start with a 360-degree assessment of your health history, symptoms, lifestyle, and any past lab work. This allows me to identify patterns and root causes affecting your well-being.


Personalised Online Consultation – We meet virtually to discuss the key imbalances in your body, helping you understand what’s driving your symptoms and how to restore balance.


Actionable Health Plan – After our session, you’ll receive a detailed email summary with targeted recommendations, including nutrition, lifestyle shifts, and supplements to support your unique health needs.

 

Ongoing Support & Transformation – For deeper, long-lasting results, many clients choose to work with me in a structured health transformation programme. This is where real change happens—guiding you through the emotional and physical lifestyle shifts that create lasting vitality.

What to expect:

Your healing journey starts with understanding your body’s unique needs. My approach is designed to uncover the root causes of your health concerns and provide you with a clear, personalised roadmap to optimal well-being.

Step 1: Comprehensive Health Analysis

Before our first session, you’ll complete a Health History & Symptom Questionnaire. This helps me identify patterns and potential root causes of your symptoms, so we can connect the dots between your hormones, gut health, energy levels, and overall wellness.

Step 2: Initial Consultation & Personalised Plan

In our first online consultation, we’ll dive deeper into your health concerns, lifestyle factors, and past lab work to create a customised healing strategy. You’ll receive a detailed post-session Protocol outlining key discussion points, suspected health dynamics, targeted nutrition and lifestyle shifts, supplement recommendations, and supporting research or handouts to guide you.

Step 3: Ongoing Coaching & Adjustments

For true transformation, regular follow-ups every 2-4 weeks over 3-6 months help track your progress, troubleshoot challenges, and refine your plan. Some clients achieve balance within 4-5 months, while others choose extended support for long-term symptom resolution and confidence in their health choices.

Step 4: Deep Healing & Sustainable Change

Our work together focuses on both quick symptom relief and deep-rooted healing to restore balance and prevent symptoms from returning. Where needed, we can incorporate functional testing to fine-tune your plan.

Throughout this process, my goal is to educate, inspire, and empower you—helping you listen to your body, understand the factors holding you back, and embrace lasting health changes with confidence.
