"I loved it! The body in balance course was unlike anything I’d seen being offered; it was a great way for me to do a full audit and look at all aspects of my lifestyle to see what more I could do to live better.
Going into the programme I knew mostly what to eat, how to exercise etc but I was pleasantly surprised how many new, small, meaningful changes I could explore and incorporate to kick it up a gear.
I learnt to see how my whole body functioned as a sort of machine and what bits were impacting others and how I could intervene
to enhance my overall sense of well-being.
It’s said that every woman should have a really good idea of their baseline bloods at 40 to start preparing them for the inevitable forthcoming changes. I loved having my bloods done and seeing,
in real data, what my body was telling me.

and also where my strengths are.
